A quick reminder that out next meeting will be on 16 May at Sacred Heart Church hall, Western Road, Cork. Doors open at 10am.
It is guaranteed to be a jam packed meeting with shop being provided by Moya from Patchwork Plus and a host of fellow quilters from the Mid Western branch joining us and bringing along a selection of their work. There will, as always, be a warm welcome and delicious treats and a great raffle too.

I have inherited and personally collected far more fabric than I will ever be able to use. Can I donate anywhere?

Hi Sue,
If it is cotton patchwork fabric you can bring it along to our June meeting which will take place on 13th June from 10am. We have lots of members who make quilts for charity and would be grateful of a donations. I’m afraid we wouldn’t be able to take other types of fabric.

Hi Sue,
Thanks for bringing along all the fabric to last Saturdays meeting. Our members were delighted and we raised €224 which our treasurer donated to the lifeboat charity this weekend.
