Last Friday a group from Cork travelled up to Dublin to Áras an Uachtaráin. They were invited to attend a gospel concert as part of the garden party season at the president’s residence.
Assumpta made the president a lovely little quilt as well, which was handed to him personally. The wall hanging depicts a Galway Hooker (pattern unknown):
